#kamen rider stronger
So as it turns out, Showa Kamen Rider is actually in canon with Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein.
… Honestly, that is one of the more sensible concepts in Kamen Rider. I mean, look at any of the Frankenstein films, be it Universal or Hammer or otherwise. Can you argue it couldn’t happen in the world of Kamen Rider?
In fact, can you argue that having Frankenstein happen in the same universe as Kamen Rider doesn’t improve just about everything?
There’s nothing I can even add to this one.
One question! On the Rider subs page, you have Midnight Crew Subs italicized under Kamen Rider Kuuga. From context, I gather that means you're endorsing their subs over the other available ones for the series (which, to be fair, are TV-Nihon so they're probably terrible). MCS's subs are practically unwatchable, though. The timing is awful and the translation is so bad it's like they don't even speak Japanese!
Blame goofy Hong Kong subtitles, not Midnight Crew on that one. Midnight Crew essentially did a quick scrub and patch job that fixes the -worst- of the issues with them, which is more than we can say for ‘takenoko-tachi’ and TV-N’s Kuuga run.
Strictly speaking, we never said there were good subs of Kuuga. If someone came along to give it a better pass, they’d have our thanks and a recommended spot on our blog.
